1.What is the time limit for returns and exchanges?
We support returns and exchanges of orders within 30 days from the date of receipt. 2-year warranty, lifetime technical support

2.Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges
Return requirements for eligible items:
a. Returned items must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition and come with the original branded box and all accessories
b. If you need to return or exchange all unopened goods, please do so within 30 days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the return is received and confirmed to be correct.
c. If you need to return or exchange the entire order, please be sure to return all the items in the order (including free gifts and packaging gift boxes).
d. If you want to exchange other products of equal value, please return the order that needs to be returned first. After we receive the return and confirm it is correct, we will send you new products. If you want to exchange for non-equivalent products, please handle the return and refund for your order first, and then go to the website to order other products you like, and we will send them separately.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Special promotion products, customized products, and any other products that indicate on the product page that returns and exchanges are not supported.
Free gifts are non-returnable.

Instructions for return and exchange freight:
a. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of the product after providing the relevant package. We pay the return and exchange freight for the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. For shipping costs in other countries, please contact our customer service and we will give you a solution.
b. When the product is returned due to non-quality problems or the buyer's own reasons, we will pay the return and exchange freight charges for countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Japan. 3.How to return or exchange goods?
Please contact our customer service email sales@msecorepc.com first to apply for return or exchange. We estimate that it will take 1 to 3 working days to process the application. After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned or exchanged along with the product list and return it to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.
If you use unsearchable express delivery to return goods, our company will not be held responsible if the goods are lost, damaged, misdelivered, etc. Please understand.

4.Return and exchange process:
Contact the customer service email to register the return or exchange → provide pictures of the returned product → customer service confirms the return application → send the returned product → return confirmation → process a refund or exchange

5.About refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1~3 business days and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the payment will be automatically refunded via the original payment method:
Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund. Refunds generally take 6 to 8 days to arrive in your account. The specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank.
